Late federation / Interwar Domestic Carpenter Bungalow
No 111 Petra Street is a single storey house constructed in timber framing and weatherboard cladding with a hipped corrugated iron roof. It is a fine expression of the Inter-War Bungalow style. The roof and verandah have been modified to suit recent additions. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a full width return hip roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber posts with post brackets. A vertical timber balustrade spans between the posts. There is a central door flanked by sidelights and sets of casement windows.
