No. 72 Allen Street ‘Tralee’ is a single storey house constructed in rendered brick with a hipped tiled roof. It is a fine expression of the Federation Bungalow style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a full width return hip roofed verandah. The verandah is set on timber posts. The front door is located on the north elevation under the return verandah. The front facade features a multi pane door and casement windows.
