ARCHITECTURE

Federation, Villa with Georgian / Simple Regency Influences

No 64 (previously know as No 116) Hubble Street is a single-storey cottage constructed in rendered masonry with a hipped and gable corrugated iron roof. It is a good example of Federation Bungalow style house. It is symmetrically planned with a central door and hopper light flanked by side lights and double hung sash windows. The facade features a full-width bullnose verandah supported on turned timber posts. Most openings retain their original treatment whilst much of the brickwork has been rendered.
