ARCHITECTURE

Federation, Georgian Bungalow

No. 61 (previously was no. 109) Glyde street is a single storey residence constructed in brickwork with a hipped corrugated iron roof. It is a fine example of a Federation Bungalow style house. The front elevation is symmetrically planned with a central door and hopper light flanked by sidelights and windows. The facade features a full width skillion roofed verandah supported on timber posts. The facade has black tuck pointing and decorative render treatment.
A carport has been added to the south side of the house in front of the verandah.
