Federation Bungalow w Queen Anne Influences
No 45 Sewell Street is a single storey house constructed in rendered masonry with a hipped corrugated iron roof. It is an expression of the Federation Bungalow style. It is simplified somewhat by the later restyling of the finishes. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust gable bay and part width skillion roofed verandah. The verandah is supported on timber columns with a decorative frieze. The half-timbered gable bay features a decorative window. There is a central door flanked by a double hung sash window.
