Bungalow Porch House w Arts & Crafts Influences

No 36 Gill Street is a single storey house constructed in timber framing, weatherboard and fibrous cement cladding with a hipped and gable corrugated iron roof. It is an expression of the Inter-War Porch style. The front elevation is asymmetrically planned with a thrust gable bay and a gable roofed porch. The porch is supported on rendered piers. The gable bay features a set of windows. There is a central door flanked by casement windows. The roofscape features brick chimneys. The lower walls are clad with weatherboards and the upper walls are clad with fibro cement.
